Terms of Service

Will draw CBCs, but highly prefer sources I’m familiar with. Feel free to ask about the source you have in mind. If it’s something I’m not familiar with I may ask for additional info about the character to best capture them.

I work best with themes, brighter colors, and simple designs, though I can do darker and more complex designs if desired.

I retain the right to decline an order if it’s something I do not feel I could complete within my current skill set or feel comfortable with drawing. If it's not within my skill set, we can discuss other options to still retain the vision you have for the character while working within my artistic skill set.

I do not do NSFW art. Only exception is SFW pin-up style and candygore pieces.

All artwork, images, and content are copyright of GREML0RD. Purchase of an original or print does not transfer copyright. No image may be reproduced, copied, resold, or used for any commercial purpose without written permission from the artist.

Commissioning artwork does not grant the client reproduction rights. All reproduction rights remain with the artist unless explicitly licensed in writing.

Payment will be upfront upon acceptance. Payment plans can be discussed prior to ordering, with a time limit of 1 month, and only for orders greater than or equal to $70.

I take payments through PayPal invoice. Prices listed are in USD.

More complex/intricate designs or OCs will include a complexity fee of +15% to the base price. This can include things like; outfits/intricate accessories, multiple color variants, blended colors with no clear color palette, patterns, etc. This is judged on a case by case, feel free to ask questions.

Refunds must be discussed prior and will not be accepted after completion of the piece.

If the piece is already in the lined and flat colored stage a cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunded pieces or designs may be repurposed and put up for sale to the public in form of adopt or YCH, excluding CBCs which will be subject to changes to not be a CBC before public sale. (Repurposed pieces will be edited to no longer resemble the character they were originally meant to be.)

You may not trace, edit, or repurpose my artwork. Resizing is the only exception.

You may not claim my art as your own. If displaying somewhere, please provide proper credit by linking either to my TH or DA @GREML0RD.

I do not allow my artwork to be used for commercial use such as merch, prints, etc. unless discussed prior to ordering. Artwork intended for commercial use may require an additional fee depending on the use of the piece.

I do not do NFT work of any kind and do not permit my artwork to be used for NFTs.

I do not allow any form of my artwork to be used in or for AI training.

I do not provide .psd/.sai/.csp files of any commissions. You will only receive a .png file of the completed commission.

I do not permit added rules/regulations to be added onto my designs. Any rules that a current or former owner has placed on my designs are null and void.

I allow any of my one-off designs/adopts to be added into closed species, with proper credit. If reselling/trading the design, any spin-off designs must all go together (ie; if you have a waterdog form of one of my spin-off designs, both the one-off and closed species designs must be traded/sold together.)

I allow my designs to be resold up to their current value, ie; if the design has $50 worth of purchased commissions you may add +$50 to the original price of the design.

I do not accept returns or refunds after purchase of adoptables/designs. All sales are final.

Small tweaks like color correction, small marking edits, or drawing simple accessories on top of my designs are fine after asking permission and with proper credit to the edited design.
